Defense Ministry Lieutenant Files Lawsuit Against Davit Tonoyan and Artak Davtyan

The lieutenant of the Ministry of Defense, pharmacologist Vahe Meliksetyan, has filed a lawsuit in the Administrative Court against the Minister of Defense of Armenia Davit Tonoyan and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Artak Davtyan. This information was obtained from the Judicial Information System.

In Meliksetyan's lawsuit, it is stated: "To invalidate the decision No. 2331/GSH dated 27.08.2019 and to obligate the acceptance of a favorable administrative act regarding the exclusion of Lieutenant Vahe Samveli Meliksetyan, a pharmacist of the medical unit No. 54122 of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, from the medical unit as a standby doctor/nurse."

The case has been assigned to Administrative Court Judge Arghist Ghazaryan.
