VIDEO: Pashinyan Gave Putin a Book About Artsakh
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan on a working visit, participated in the regular meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS today.
Photos released by the Prime Minister's press service show that Pashinyan also had an on-the-spot conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, to whom he gifted a book.
It is worth noting that October 7th was the birthday of the Russian President.
