Over 70,000 People Displaced in Syria Due to Military Operations
More than 70,000 people have been forced to leave their homes due to military operations that have started in northern Syria, announced Erve Ferhuzel, an official representative of the World Food Programme.
"Currently, over 70,000 people from the provinces of Hasakeh and Raqqa have left their homes," Ferhuzel stated.
According to him, the organization currently has 32 staff members continuing to work in the field at the Qamishli airstrip, with special security measures implemented for their safety.
