Emergency Incident in Ararat Province: Roofs of Houses Burned

On October 11, at 03:37, the ‘911’ service received information that a fire had broken out in the roof of one of the houses on Victor Hanbazumyan Street in the village of Vardashen, Ararat Province.

Two firefighting teams from the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene. The fire was contained by 04:33 and extinguished by 06:35.

The roof of house number 7 (approximately 170 square meters) was burned down, as well as 100 feed bags accumulated on the roof of the adjacent garage, the roof of house number 9 (approximately 100 square meters), and the roof of house number 11 (approximately 3 square meters).
