A heated argument occurred outside the government building moments ago between a group of mothers dressed in black and a citizen. Margarita Khachatryan, the president of the 'Soldier' public council, told reporters that the citizen approached her, expressed gratitude, and then stated that it was shameful to come from the Prime Minister asking for 30 million, accusing her of discrediting him.
