Lawyers for Robert Kocharyan to File Motion for Recusal of Judge Anna Danibekyan

On Monday, October 7, at 13:00, a regular session will take place at the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction (Shengavit Court) under the presidency of Judge Anna Danibekyan regarding the case of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and others.

During the session, Robert Kocharyan's legal team is expected to file a motion for the recusal of Judge Anna Danibekyan. The intention to file the recusal was previously announced by defense attorney Haik Alumyants, who cited the judge's conduct towards R. Kocharyan as the reason.
