Fire in Shop: No Injuries Reported
On October 4, at 06:29, the "911" service received a call reporting a fire at the Vanadzor Hospital in the Lori Province. Emergency response teams from the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) and two fire rescue units were dispatched to the scene.
It was determined that the fire had started in a shop on the first floor, causing smoke to spread to the corridor on the third floor of the hospital via the ventilation system. The fire was contained by 06:57 and extinguished by 07:26. There were no reported injuries.
Approximately 40 square meters of the shop's suspended ceiling, one partially burnt refrigerator, three cabinets, and food items were destroyed in the fire.
