Mercedes ML Rolls Several Times and Ends Up in a Field; 39-Year-Old Driver Dies

In a tragic and severe traffic accident in the Armavir region, on October 3, at approximately 11:30 AM, a resident of Vagharshapat city, 39-year-old Mihran V., lost control of his Mercedes ML430 vehicle, bearing license plate 10 RС 777, on the 4th kilometer of the Ejmiadzin-Armir highway, locally known as the 'Len Trass'. The car swerved into the opposite lane, collided with dirt mounds and stones, and rolled over several times, ultimately coming to rest in a field.

According to Shamshyan.com, following the accident, citizens and rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations found the driver injured. He was transported to the hospital in Ejmiadzin by doctors who arrived promptly at the scene, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries on the way.

Preliminary information suggests that the driver of a ЗИЛ truck, who was in the vicinity and witnessed the incident, maintained safety regulations while making a turn in the permissible area of the road. He reported that the Mercedes was traveling at high speed in the opposite lane when the crash occurred. Although the driver had the opportunity to leave the scene, he did not do so and voluntarily reported to the Vagharshapat police to inform them about the incident.

Upon the investigator's orders, both the Mercedes and the ЗИЛ truck are to be moved to the special storage facility of the Vagharshapat police department.
