The parties exchanged views on the priorities of Finland's presidency in the EU Council and also addressed the expansion and strengthening of cooperation within the framework of the Eastern Partnership. In this context, Minister Mnatsakanyan highlighted the importance of initiating dialogue on the liberalization of EU visa regimes, particularly concerning the enhancement of contacts between people.
