Vanechyan Did Not Allow a Criminal Case to Be Initiated Against Armen Muradyan

The newspaper "Zhamanak" writes that after former NSS Director Arthur Vanechyan openly rebelled against the authorities, remarkable facts have come to light.

In particular, it has become evident that he effectively hindered the initiation of criminal cases against representatives of the former government and individuals affiliated with them. In some instances, no criminal cases were launched at the NSS despite the existence of obvious evidence of a crime.

We have learned about 3-4 such cases. One of them pertains to Armen Muradyan, the rector of Yerevan State Medical University.

Significant documents were sent to the NSS from the Ministry of Health, but nevertheless, a criminal case was never initiated based on them. Details are provided in today’s issue of the newspaper.
