The director of the 'Kosh' penal institution, Lyova Baghdasaryan, has been arrested. This information was confirmed in a conversation with Hetq by the National Security Service (NSS).

It is noteworthy that on September 18, Baghdasaryan was taken into custody on suspicion of bribery, after which the NSS submitted a request to select pre-trial detention as a measure of restraint against him. He has served as the head of the penitentiary service since 2015.
