The former president of the YEKM, Lieutenant General Manvel Grigoryan's defenders today petitioned the court to release part of the assets belonging to Grigoryan from seizure.
The corresponding petition was presented by lawyer Levon Barseghyan during a regular court session at the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.
All 7 properties are located in the city of Ejmiatsin, Armavir Province. Six of them are public spaces, including offices and shops, while one is a booth located at 3/1 Nar Dos Street.
It is worth noting that a security service called “Yerkrapah Security” operates at the mentioned address of 19 Mashtots.
After submitting the petition, Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan informed that out of the listed 7 properties, 5 are registered under Manvel Grigoryan’s name, while 2 belong to an organization associated with him. The discussion of the petition is ongoing in the court.
It should be noted that Manvel Grigoryan was again absent from today’s court session due to health issues. Since June 6 of this year, Grigoryan has been receiving treatment at Nairi Medical Center.
