Grigoryan's Condition Worsens and Could Lead to Death, Oncologist Warns
As previously reported, a court session was underway under the presidency of Judge Mnacakn Martirosyan regarding the case of Manvel Grigoryan and his wife Nazik Amiryan. Attorney Levon Baghdasaryan, representing Manvel Grigoryan, requested the court to lift the seizure on seven properties owned by Grigoryan and allow a third party to utilize them, with rental payments later being transferred to the court as restitution for damages to the state.
Judge Mnacakn Martirosyan stated that it is necessary to have certificates and contracts in place to ensure clarity and that the payments are deposited into the court's deposit account.
According to attorney Levon Baghdasaryan, Grigoryan's health conditions are worsening in detention. He noted that an inter-agency examination has been taking place for four months, during which Grigoryan's condition has deteriorated further.
Baghdasaryan revealed that renowned oncologist Norbert Avetyan, who arrived from France, has documented that the conditions of Grigoryan's detainment hinder his ability to walk, affecting his muscular function. He warned that his existing health issues could worsen and lead to unpredictable consequences, including death.
It should be noted that Manvel Grigoryan has been charged with illegally acquiring, transferring, and unlawfully possessing firearms, military equipment, ammunition, and explosives, in violation of the restrictions set forth by the RA Law on Arms, in agreement with his wife Nazik Amiryan, their son Arman Grigoryan, and other unidentified individuals.
