Considering His Type, I Find the Suicide Theory Unlikely: Aram Sargsyan
Aram Sargsyan wrote on his Facebook page: "I know Hayk Harutyunyan quite well. I worked with him for six months, I as Prime Minister and he as Minister of Internal Affairs. Due to the tense situations in 1999, we had scheduled official meetings twice a week with Hayk Harutyunyan, each lasting two hours. Considering his type, I find the suicide theory unlikely. Even if that were the case, a person like Hayk Harutyunyan, who has extensive operational experience starting from the administration of colonies, and is a balanced and planning individual, would have left behind a handwritten testament regarding the motives for suicide, with no example and no specific address. In fact, the tragedy of March 1 continues even 11 years later."
