Only Students Have Holidays: Details

The law on "Holidays and Memorial Days" specifies all the festive and memorial days celebrated in the Republic of Armenia. In October, there are several holidays; however, they are not non-working days.

On October 5, Teacher's Day will be celebrated. The second Saturday in October, the 12th, will mark the day of translators, which coincides with the celebration of Yerevan Day. Additionally, there will be school autumn breaks in October.

First-graders will have their autumn break from October 21 to November 3, 2019, inclusive, while students in grades 2-12 will break from October 28 to November 3, inclusive.
