If the information does not contain a secret, Vanetsyan should publish it. Makunts

After the changes that took place in Armenia, holding positions, changing positions, and being relieved from positions should be a natural phenomenon. This was stated today, September 23, during a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly by Lilit Makunts, the leader of the 'My Step' faction, while commenting on Arthur Vanetsyan's dismissal.

“I don’t see anything scandalous there; I believe that the noise surrounding the dismissal is what creates confusion among the public,” she said.

Regarding Vanetsyan's statement that “Nikol Pashinyan once again does not think about the consequences of his words. Can you imagine if I suddenly start speaking without considering the consequences,” Lilit Makunts noted, “Both the government and the ruling faction in Armenia conduct open politics, and I believe that if there is any information that does not contain a secret and represents public interest, Mr. Vanetsyan should publish that information.”

When asked if she considers it normal that Vanetsyan's statement was removed from the NSS website, the leader of 'My Step' responded, “I am not aware of what statement was on the site. I do not know if the official text differs from the public text, therefore, I cannot say who removed the text and why it was removed. It would be appropriate to address the relevant authority with that question.”

In response to the remark that with such statements, Arthur Vanetsyan is trying to make a political statement, and how much he can be a competitor to the current authorities, Makunts replied, “I suggest that I do not make additional comments on this topic at this time.”
