Ara Sahakyan is My Friend of 22 Years: Vanetsyan on Controversial Photo

The Telegram channel "Baghramyan 26" published a photo days ago featuring Arthur Vanetsyan, the former head of the RA National Assembly Staff, alongside Ara Sahakyan. The image garnered significant attention online amid the backdrop of a remote debate between Prime Minister Pashinyan and Vanetsyan.

Today, "Haykakan Jamanak" requested clarification from Vanetsyan regarding when and where he met with Ara Sahakyan. In response, Vanetsyan stated, "Ara Sahakyan is my friend of 22 years, which everyone is aware of; there is no one who doesn’t know he is my friend. I have met with him both before becoming the Head of the NSS, during my time as the Head of the NSS, and after leaving that position. The Prime Minister also knows that Ara Sahakyan is my friend, and I have regularly met with him."

It is noteworthy that Ara Sahakyan is known as the head of PR for Mikael Minasian, the son-in-law of Serzh Sargsyan.
