Robert Kocharyan Will Be Freed Eventually: Ashotyan
Vice President of the 'Republican' Party Armen Ashotyan addressed the decision of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction regarding the refusal to change the detention conditions of Armenia's second President Robert Kocharyan to bail. He wrote on his Facebook page: 'On the eve of Armenia’s Independence Day, by releasing the second President Robert Kocharyan from detention, he could have attempted to restore the long-desired spirit of national solidarity and unity, which is diminishing day by day. Through a puppet court, Nikol once again demonstrated that independence is not a value for him, nor are the people who fought for independence and statehood. Robert Kocharyan will be freed eventually, but the wounds inflicted on Armenia and Artsakh during Pashinyan's rule will continue to bleed for a long time.'
