Kocharian's Defenders to Submit Recusal Motion Against Judge

In the case of March 1, one of the key defendants, Robert Kocharian's lawyers, stated that after hearing the court's rejection of his release on bail, they would request time to submit a motion for the judge's recusal.

Hayk Alumyanu announced that the judge is part of the faction that is politically persecuting Kocharian.

The court decided to schedule the next hearing for October 7. Inessa Petrosyan, the lawyer for Seyran Ohanyan, requested that before postponing the hearing, the court allow Seyran Ohanyan to leave Armenia temporarily for medical treatment.
