Head of Vanadzor Penitentiary Facility Resigns
The newly appointed head of the Vanadzor penitentiary facility, Mher Antonian, has submitted his resignation, according to information from Tert.am.
Justice Colonel Mher Antonian, who was appointed by the order of the Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan on August 19, has left his position by his own request.
