The Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan, Zakir Hasanov, has once again entered a classic state of delirium characteristic of the Aliyev political elite. This was noted by MP Naira Zohrabyan, emphasizing that Zakir, the 'conqueror', has threatened with an imminent war and new military actions, which it turned out, they dream of every day.

“I believe that the co-chairing countries of the Minsk Group, who are very sensitive to any statements made by Armenia, should at least respond to such statements that directly jeopardize the negotiation process. There has been silence from the Minsk Group so far. Regarding Hasanov's statement, which has disturbed his mental tranquility, once again one realizes that Azerbaijan, which is 40 years younger than 'Manchester United', and its political establishment have objective intellectual problems understanding that Artsakh is each and every one of us and that’s it,” Zohrabyan stated.
