I Thought I Would See My Name Too: Makunts on Possible Dismissals
“I am familiar with the list published in the press, and it was so extensive that I even thought I would see my name there,” said Lilit Makunts, the leader of the ‘My Step’ faction, today while discussing the possible dismissals circulating in the media.
“Nothing was discussed during the board meeting, and I personally do not have any information regarding anyone, specifically from the executive branch, resigning,” Makunts noted.
According to her, no such developments are expected in ‘My Step.’ “I am referring to ‘My Step’; as for the executive, I cannot provide any comments on that.”
“‘My Step’ is stronger than ever as a faction, and we still have a lot to do related to reforms, including judicial reforms. Therefore, we will direct all our strength and efforts towards that process.”
“Right now, we are directing all our efforts to implement the strategy that has been presented by the Ministry of Justice in the context of judicial reforms; we have much to do in the economic arena and in other sectors,” Makunts added.
