The Draft to Terminate Tovmasyan's Powers Will Be with the Speaker of Parliament Tomorrow

The draft for the termination of the powers of Constitutional Court President Hrayr Tovmasyan will be with the Speaker of Parliament Ararat Mirzoyan tomorrow. This was stated today, September 18, during a conversation with journalists before the meeting of the ruling Civil Contract party, as reported by News.am.

In response to the question of whether the grounds for the termination of powers could be published after the meeting today, Lilit Makunts noted, "There is a procedure according to which the My Step faction presents the draft to the Speaker of Parliament, and it is circulated, directing to the relevant committee. The process is currently underway, and the draft will be with the Speaker of Parliament tomorrow."
