Citizens opposed to the exploitation of the Amulsar mine are conducting a protest in front of the National Assembly.

In response to a remark that he avoids answering any questions regarding the exploitation of the Amulsar mine, Mirzoyan replied, "You are partially correct," adding that he is monitoring the developments and concerns related to Amulsar. "Some of the numerous concerns, after conducting certain research, I consider to be unfounded, while I share some of them. There are procedures, and several processes we need to go through. From this moment on, I truly will not engage in substantive discussions. I decided before coming down here that I would come to resolve the technical issue."
