Video: Local Elections in Artsakh, Some Polling Stations Without Power

Today, local elections are being held in Artsakh. Community leaders will be elected from 15 candidates across 228 communities and the capital, Stepanakert. There are five candidates for the position of mayor in Stepanakert: self-nominated David Sargsyan, Armen Hakobyan, Grigori Sahakyan, Areg Avagyan, and Arayik Avanesyan, who is nominated by the "Self-identity and Unity" party.

The polling stations opened at 8:00 AM and will close at 8:00 PM.
