Collision in Yerevan Involving Entrepreneur's Infiniti and Police Officer's Opel Leaves 6 Injured
On September 8, a car accident occurred in Yerevan. At around 00:30, the vehicles involved—a Nissan Infiniti driven by 34-year-old Samvel Petrosyan, a resident of Nar Dos Street, with license plate 77 PC 707, and an Opel driven by 39-year-old Hamlet Frangian from the Kilikia neighborhood of Yerevan, with license plate 36 DF 841—collided in front of building 77 on Nar Dos Street.
According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, Frangian, along with his passengers—29-year-old A. Arakelian, 24-year-old S. Grigoryan, all residents of Yerevan—and passengers in the Infiniti, including 34-year-old L. Astryan, 34-year-old A. Voskanyan, 39-year-old M. Mirzoyan, and 26-year-old M. Harutyunyan—were hospitalized with injuries at number 1 university hospital.
Reportedly, the driver Samvel Petrosyan is a private entrepreneur, while Hamlet Frangian is serving as a senior lieutenant in the RA police force.
