VIDEO: Ararat Mirzoyan on Constitutional Court's Decision Regarding Robert Kocharyan's Detention

The Speaker of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, today responded to SHANTNEWS.am's question regarding the Constitutional Court's decision on the detention of second president Robert Kocharyan.

“It hasn’t been published in its entirety, right? I believe the conclusion should be published within three days. Once it is published, we will discuss it. It is a legal act that must be considered and analyzed in its entirety. When it is fully published, it will be analyzed and evaluated comprehensively,” Mirzoyan said.

The Speaker of the National Assembly indicated that, in essence, his position aligns with that of the Minister of Justice and the head of the National Assembly's Legal Affairs Committee.
