Video: Young Boy Arthur Demands Improvements for Their Yard, Says Center District Head

The head of the Center administrative district of Yerevan, Viktor Mnatsakanyan, has shared a video on his Facebook page featuring a young boy named Arthur. He revealed that a few days ago, while the Tamanyan 2 and Isahakyan 38 yards were being improved, a group of children approached them and specifically asked when their yard would be developed.

“This fantastic boy Arthur demanded and led us around the entire yard, clearly explaining what issues there are,” Mnatsakanyan wrote.
