According to Shamshyan.com, operational information was received on that day indicating that an altercation occurred on August 27 on First Street in Lusaghbyur village between residents 56-year-old Vachik E. and 34-year-old Aramayis H., as well as Edgar H. and Vazgen H.
It has been revealed that Aramayis H., Edgar H., and Vazgen H. struck Vachik E. numerous times on various parts of his body and face. By the investigator's decision, a forensic medical examination has been appointed. According to G. Shamshyan's information, one of the suspects, Aramayis H., is the village head of Lusaghbyur, while Edgar and Vazgen H. are his sons.
