There Are No Issues with the Issuance of Graduation Diplomas: Clarification
The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia has issued a clarification regarding the issuance of diplomas. The statement says: “There are no issues regarding the granting of graduation diplomas. In response to a complaint from one of the universities stating that the Ministry is not issuing diplomas to graduates, we find it necessary to clarify that the provision of state diploma samples to students who have received positive evaluations in their final exams is handled by the universities, not the Ministry.
The Ministry merely confirms the lists submitted by the universities, which is followed by the process of issuing state diploma samples. Rumors suggesting that the delay in handing over diplomas is due to the staff of the Ministry being on vacation do not correspond to reality. At the time when universities applied for the issuance of diplomas, they were provided in proper order. As of now, there are no issues related to any university in this regard.”
