Heat Will Not Retreat, Says Gagik Surenyan
The head of the Meteorological Center of Armenia's Ministry of Emergency Situations, Gagik Surenyan, has stated on his Facebook page that the heat in the Ararat Plain and Yerevan will not retreat during this week.
“For almost the entire week, daytime temperatures will fluctuate between +38 and +39 degrees Celsius, with certain areas reaching up to +40 degrees,” he wrote.
