Fire Breaks Out in Odessa Hotel, Casualties Reported

A major fire has erupted in one of the hotels in the city of Odessa, Ukraine. Eight people have died, and at least ten others have been injured, according to reports from RIA Novosti news agency.

Preliminary data from the police indicates that the fire started on the second floor of the hotel, where approximately 200 people were present at the time of the incident. Most of them have been evacuated.

The causes of the fire are not yet known. A criminal case has been initiated under the article regarding violations of fire safety regulations.
