Armenian Entrepreneur Plans to Open an Expensive Retirement Home in Armenia for $2,000 a Month
Considering that no one knows the "Ghadr" of water and no one keeps three trash cans at home, we thought we could start this business ourselves.
This was stated today, August 17, by Arthur Zakaryan, the head of "Hay Lands Eco Village Resort," during the business conference "My Step for Kotayk Province."
“Now I can confidently promise that there is no asbestos anywhere on our 20-hectare territory. We have collected all the asbestos and I urge the country’s leaders to encourage the collection of asbestos present in the villages; it is a sin for these people,” he said.
Arthur Zakaryan noted that the cheese they produce is already being presented in the USA. “Currently, our production facilities are very active, and we have plans to build a retirement home in Armenia in the future. But not just any retirement home for $100 a month, but rather a $2,000 one for families, attracting not only from Armenia but also from various countries, including the USA and Europe. There is already interest, and the business plan is ready.”
He made requests to the authorities: “Open tourist centers in certain cities and also establish tourist hotlines so that tourists can convey their complaints locally. This means that taxi drivers should not be allowed to charge a German tourist $100 for a ride from Yerevan to Garni.”
