Garbage Truck Overturns Near Kecharis Monastery Complex, Emergency Service Reports

Today, at 10:31 AM, the '911' service received a call reporting that a vehicle had overturned near the Kecharis Monastery complex in the city of Tsaghkadzor, Kotayk Province, and there were injured individuals who required rescue assistance.

A firefighting and rescue unit from the Emergency Situations Ministry's regional rescue department dispatched one combat team to the scene.

It was determined that a GAZ 53 garbage truck had left the roadway and overturned. The injured were transported to the Hrazdan Medical Center. Rescuers also closed the valve on the truck's gas tank.
