Enhanced Police Operations in Jermuk: Arrests Made
The personnel from the regional divisions of the police are continuing enhanced services aimed at preventing and uncovering crimes and administrative violations, as well as maintaining public order. In this context, from August 10 to 11, the police department of Jermuk, under the Vayots Dzor regional administration, conducted patrols in the water and forest areas of the administrative territory to prevent and detect cases of poaching and illegal tree felling.
During the enhanced operation, four individuals previously convicted for various crimes were detained by the Jermuk police. They were subjected to preventive informational sessions.
Concerned about public safety, the enhanced operations by the regional police divisions will continue on a continuous basis.
