25-Year-Old Drowns in Lake Sevan, Emergency Services Report

On August 12, at 1:23 PM, the 911 service received a report that individuals had drowned near the "Laguna" beach of Lake Sevan, and rescue assistance was needed.

The emergency response team was dispatched to the scene. Before rescuers arrived, a 13-year-old was pulled from the water by bystanders.

Rescuers later retrieved the body of a 25-year-old individual, identified as S.B. Further information will be provided.
