24-Year-Old Woman's Condition Critical After Jumping from Kyiv Bridge
On August 7, the condition of a 24-year-old woman who jumped from the Kyiv Bridge in Yerevan remains extremely critical, as reported by the intensive care unit of Armenia Medical Center to NEWS.am.
"The girl is in a coma and is connected to a ventilator. There is no positive dynamics, and her condition continues to be extremely critical," the medical center stated.
It is worth noting that the woman has numerous fractures in her head, chest, and abdominal regions.
Earlier, it was reported that at 10:43 AM on August 7, the 911 service received a call indicating that a citizen had attempted suicide by jumping from the Kyiv Bridge in Yerevan. A rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and an operational group from the National Crisis Management Center were dispatched to the scene.
The citizen (approximately 24 years old female) showed signs of life. The rescuers brought the injured person to an ambulance, and she was hospitalized at Armenia Medical Center.
