Over $93 Million Worth of 200 kg of Drugs Seized in New Zealand
New Zealand law enforcement has seized over 200 kg of methamphetamine during a special operation in Auckland. According to the police's Twitter account, the approximate value of the seized drugs is around $93 million, as reported by TASS.
"The police have seized more than 200 kg of methamphetamine during a significant operation to apprehend members of a foreign criminal organization operating in the country," the police stated.
During searches in a residential complex in downtown Auckland, authorities discovered a cupboard filled with plastic containers containing drugs.
It is also noted that two men, aged 60 and 49, were arrested during the operation. Both are citizens of the United Kingdom.
