Soldier Dies at One of Armenia's Combat Positions

A soldier has died at one of Armenia's combat positions. This was reported by the spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Artsrun Hovhannisyan, on his Facebook page.

"It is with sadness that I must inform you that last evening, at a combat position of one of the Armenian Armed Forces' units, the body of Private Hamik Vardanian, born in 2000, was found. The circumstances are under investigation," wrote Hovhannisyan.

He also expressed condolences to the soldier's family members, relatives, and friends.
