Citizen Drowns in Gegharkunik Province
On July 21, at 15:40, the 911 service received a report that a citizen had drowned in a river near the village of Madina in Gegharkunik Province. Emergency rescue services were called for assistance.
A firefighting and rescue team, along with a specialized water rescue unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, were dispatched to the scene.
