“Able-bodied people are demanding humanitarian assistance from any suited individual with shouts and screams,” Prime Minister
There is no other way to create prosperity than through work. Those who inspire our people with anything else want to keep them at the mercy of a few corrupt individuals clinging to the hope for pre-election rotten rice. This statement was made by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during his visit to Gyumri.
“In the Shirak district, we also witnessed numerous cases where entrepreneurs cannot find workers, while some able-bodied people are demanding humanitarian assistance from any suited individual with shouts and screams. We are freeing microbusiness from taxes, taking care of the healthcare needs of individuals under 18, socially vulnerable citizens, and the family members of conscript and contract soldiers. Soon, we will transform the family benefit system so that families with children will not be deprived of benefits and will have the opportunity to work and earn income. We are implementing a number of preferential lending programs, and we say that no student will be forced to leave university due to tuition fees. We are preparing to fulfill all the obligations the state has towards residents of disaster-stricken areas.
Other concerns must be addressed by every family through their legal work. And there is work in Armenia. It is possible to create jobs in Armenia. There is no other way to create prosperity than through work. Those who inspire our people with anything else want to keep them at the mercy of a few corrupt individuals clinging to the hope for pre-election rotten rice,” Pashinyan wrote.
