Dismissals in the Penitentiary Service: Is the Newly Appointed Head Releasing His Predecessor's Personnel?

It has just been revealed to ArmLur.am that the Deputy Head of the Penitentiary Service of the Republic of Armenia, Hayk Kochinyan, has been dismissed from his position today.

According to reports circulating within the system, the Deputy Head of Operations is expected to meet the same fate soon. This pattern is likely to continue.

The newly appointed head, Arthur Goyunyan, is reportedly freeing the system from the personnel of his predecessor, Artyom Mkhoyan.
