Sons of Former Regime Leaders Take Up Positions

Recently, Hovhannes Armeni Alaverdyan, the son of former Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) Armen Alaverdyan, was appointed as the head of the Document Control Division No. 1 at the Ararat Customs House. Previously, he had only worked as an inspector at the SRC. This information was reported by hraparak.am.

It is worth mentioning that the Ararat Customs House has six divisions. The head of the customs house is Karen Babayan, who has held this position since February 27, 2019. This is one of the most active customs houses in the system, and working here is considered quite profitable and desirable within the framework.
