Two Hypotheses Regarding the Energy System Accident: Tigran Avinyan
An internal investigation has been initiated concerning the accident that occurred in the energy system. This was stated today by Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan during a conversation with journalists.
“The investigation will provide answers to all questions,” Avinyan said, adding that he has two hypotheses related to external and internal factors. “Rest assured, after the studies, this information will be made available transparently,” Tigran Avinyan stated.
