Polish Expert to Head the Refereeing Department of the HFF

Polish former referee Michal Listkiewicz will head the Refereeing Department of the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA). This was reported by the official website of the FFA.

Listkiewicz began his active refereeing career in 1973. Since 1983, he has officiated international matches. Among the major tournaments he has officiated are the 1990 World Cup, including the final match (as an assistant referee), Euro 1988, and the 1988 Olympic Games.

Listkiewicz served as the president of the Polish Football Federation from 1999 to 2008 and was the chairman of the refereeing committee of the Czech Football Association from 2016 to 2018. He is currently a UEFA delegate.

Former head of the Refereeing Department of the FFA, Karen Nalbandyan, has left his position following his own request.
