OSCE to Conduct Monitoring along Artsakh and Azerbaijan Border
On July 11, in accordance with an agreement reached with the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh, the OSCE mission will carry out a planned monitoring of the ceasefire regime along the Artsakh and Azerbaijan border, in the northern section near the settlement of Akna. This information was provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh.
The monitoring will be conducted from the positions of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Artsakh by the personal representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, field assistant Gennadiy Petriuk (Moldova), and personal secretary Simon Tiller (United Kingdom).
The authorities of the Republic of Artsakh have expressed their willingness to assist in the conduct of the monitoring and to ensure the safety of the OSCE mission members.
