Paslat aneir ed qaghakatsun. Why is the minister not in a hurry to sign the controversial meeting minutes?

“Zhoghovurd” newspaper writes, “The minutes of the well-known health council meeting held on June 1 have not been released to date. There is a complete silence. It should be reminded that, according to media reports, during that meeting, Armenia’s Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan became angry at the head of the inspection body, Edgar Khurshudyan, who had fined his former advisor Vahe Ter-Minasian. When Khurshudyan said, ‘What could I do? There was a citizen's application,’ the minister shouted, ‘Paslat aneir ed qaghakatsun!’

To understand why the minutes of the well-known meeting have not yet been published on the website, “Zhoghovurd” contacted the head of the Health and Labor Inspection Body, Edgar Khurshudyan, who told us in an interview, ‘We are waiting for the Minister of Health to sign it. We have sent it to him for signature. Once he signs it, we will release it.’

We have to wait to find out to what extent the minutes will be edited and whether the lines about ‘paslat anel’ will be removed from the text.”
