Armenia Lacks a Constitution: "Sasna Tsrer"
Today marks the 24th anniversary of the falsification of the constitutional referendum held on July 5, 1995, and the imposition of a fake constitution upon us. This was stated in a press release by the "Sasna Tsrer" party.
The statement further notes: "Subsequently, it was falsified two more times, on November 5, 2005, and December 6, 2016. To be fair and truthful, we must have the courage to admit that the Republic of Armenia lacks a constitution. And because of this, we have found ourselves in a legal and political crisis regarding state formation. Therefore, it is necessary to create appropriate public platforms and mechanisms as soon as possible and begin discussions on the legal and political concept of a constitution."
