Nikol Pashinyan Makes New Appointment in NSS

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a new decision on July 3, appointing Karen Gharibyan as the head of the Operational and Technical Department of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.

According to the decision by the Prime Minister, “Guided by part 2 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Operational-Intelligence Activities, Karen Gharibyan has been appointed as the head of the Operational and Technical Department of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.”
