- Mr. President, meet Captain Shahnazaryan, he has been our commander.

- Why is he still a captain if he is your commander?

- We are waiting for him to be awarded the rank of general.

Today, Prime Minister Pashinyan, among others, introduced our commander to the president for the conferment of the general's rank. My involvement in this matter is zero, but our commander is a deserving military officer, a pure person, and a good friend.
